This policy explains what data KuAntri handles when you use our queue management platform and how we protect it.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email, organization), queue and appointment data entered by your organization or its visitors (such as name, phone number, and service chosen), and basic usage data such as device type and pages visited.

How we use it

To run the service (issue queue numbers, call visitors, send WhatsApp notifications), to produce reports for your organization, to provide support, and to improve reliability and security.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure and messaging providers needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Queue history is kept while your account is active so reports stay accurate. Organizations may request export or deletion of their data at any time.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong passwords and review user access regularly.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, in line with applicable Indonesian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
