The service

KuAntri provides cloud-based queue management, scheduling, calling, and TV display tools. Features depend on your plan (Free, Starter, or Business).

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of users you add. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access other organizations' data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to process it solely to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Business/Custom pricing depends on scope. Changes to terms or pricing will be communicated in advance.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
